HFL was founded in 2020 by PavanKumar with a clear mission: to serve society and protect people where help is most needed — both on the ground and in the digital world.

HFL is the parent brand, operating through two focused sub-brands

HFL Foundation and HFL Cyber.

HFL Foundation

HFL Foundation is dedicated to social service and humanitarian work. Since its inception, the Foundation has served over 5,000 people, providing food, essential supplies, and direct support to those in need. Our work is driven by action, accountability, and real-world impact — not slogans.

HFL Cyber

HFL Cyber is a nationwide cyber safety and response initiative supported by 250+ skilled volunteers across India.

Slogan: We Don’t Stay Silent.

This defines how HFL Cyber operates to protect individuals and respond to digital harm.

Our team actively works to prevent and respond to cybercrime, with a strong focus on human-centered cases, including online abuse, exploitation, harassment, sexuality-based crimes, and digital threats against individuals.

On average, our team handles thousands of cases and complaints, while also guiding hundreds of FIR registrations by helping victims understand the correct legal process.

Recognition & Trust

HFL is a registered organization in India and operates in coordination with established cyber and legal frameworks. Our work is structured, lawful, and continuously evolving to address emerging threats.

HFL Foundation actively works in collaboration with multiple social organizations, community groups, and service networks across India.

Through these associations, HFL Foundation strengthens its reach, coordination, and impact in delivering humanitarian support and social services. Our work is guided by responsibility, transparency, and a commitment to serving people where support is most needed.

Moving Forward

HFL is actively strengthening its digital platforms and operational systems to expand reach and improve response time. With a growing national presence and a committed volunteer network, we continue to move forward — guided by the vision of PavanKumar and a responsibility to stand up where silence causes harm.

As we continue to expand our work, we are actively looking for dedicated volunteers to join the HFL Cyber Team.

We welcome individuals with knowledge or experience in cyber security, digital safety, legal awareness, investigation, or related fields — as well as those willing to learn and contribute responsibly.
